Your contribution helps provide essential accommodation and support programs for families when they need it most.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our Race Day community, and Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland supporters, in 2024 we were able to provide:

  • 44,711 nights of accommodation for 3,226 families staying in our Houses 
  • 25,845 visits to our Family Rooms providing comfort and practical support right within the hospital
  • 287 students with access to out the Learning Program giving them the best chance at education

How can I request a tax invoice for my ticket purchase?

It’s easy! Simply complete our invoice request form, and one of our friendly team members will provide a tax invoice within 5 business days.
Is there a dress code?

Yes! The dress code for Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland Race Day is race day attire with a touch of red. 

Please note that the Gold Coast Turf Club also has specific dress regulations, which you can 
view here. Entry may not be permitted if these regulations are not followed.
How do I get to the Gold Coast Turf Club Event Centre?

The Event Centre is located within the Gold Coast Turf Club precinct on Racecourse Drive, Bundall, QLD 4217 - just 5kms from Surfers Paradise. Public transport is a convenient option, or you can choose to drive and take advantage of free onsite parking. Taxis and rideshare services are also available for easy travel to and from the venue.
Are there any dietary options available?

Dietary requirements will be collected closer to the event date. We understand that when purchasing a table, you may not yet know all your guests. Please keep an eye on your email for instructions on how to submit dietary preferences – your comfort is important to us!

What is the refund policy for tickets?

Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland Race Day tickets are non-refundable. Please review all details before purchasing.
